6. Driver Conduct
We screen and train drivers to provide safe and professional service. If you experience any issues with your driver, please report it immediately to book@eliteridesolutions.com
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access if their behavior threatens the safety or integrity of our services.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with the operation of the Services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
Harass, threaten, or harm drivers or other users

All content and materials on eliteridesolutions.com — including logos, branding, text, and software — are owned or licensed by Elite Ride Solutions. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:
Availability at all times or in all locations
That rides will be free from delays or disruptions
That the website will be error-free or secure
